VQR Consulting was established by Valerie Roy (Val) in 2015 to support organizations in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Val partners with client leadership to identify opportunities and collaboratively design the strategic HR, talent management, and organizational development programming needed to support business growth and create positive culture change. With a passion for developing leaders, building collaborative teams, and designing talent management initiatives, Val partners with clients across all industries to help organizations work with intention to align their HR initiatives to business strategy. 

With an advanced degree in Organizational Psychology and 20+ years of combined HR leadership and organizational development consulting experience, Val is recognized as a trusted advisor by clients. She enjoys developing individuals and teams, streamlining processes, implementing initiatives to drive employee engagement, and helping organizations become more effective in meeting their strategic goals. Taking a flexible yet comprehensive approach, Val aims to meet clients where they are. She quickly builds relationships to develop and deliver impactful HR solutions, coach managers and emerging leaders, facilitate team development activities, navigate complex ER issues, and drive employee engagement.
