With an advanced degree in Organizational Psychology and 20+ years of combined HR leadership and organizational development consulting experience, Val is recognized as a trusted advisor by clients. She enjoys developing individuals and teams, streamlining processes, implementing initiatives to drive employee engagement, and helping organizations become more effective in meeting their strategic goals. Taking a flexible yet comprehensive approach, Val aims to meet clients where they are.
